• Assist customers in selecting eyewear products that suit their style, needs, and budget.
• Provide detailed information about lenses, frames, and other optical products.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and product-related concerns efficiently.
• Drive sales by suggesting suitable products and promoting ongoing offers.
• Manage inventory, maintain product displays, and ensure store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance the shopping experience.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (experience in optical sales is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Sales-driven with a positive and approachable attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
