Job Description:
• Assist delivery partners with onboarding, training, and account setup processes.
• Handle incoming queries related to payments, order issues, app functionality, and delivery operations.
• Resolve delivery partner concerns efficiently through calls, chats, and emails.
• Ensure timely escalation of complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Educate delivery partners on company policies, safety protocols, and incentive structures.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and support provided in the CRM system.
• Contribute to improving delivery partner experience through feedback and process suggestions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (freshers welcome).
• 0-2 years of experience in customer support or partner management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure calmly.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
