Job Description:
• Install, maintain, and repair Havells electrical and electronic products and equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of devices and systems.
• Collaborate with the service team to handle customer complaints and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols during all technical work.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and spare parts usage.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations when required.

Requirements:
• ITI, Diploma, or Certification in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, or product servicing. (Freshers with relevant training can apply.)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read technical manuals and interpret circuit diagrams.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for on-site service and support.
