Job Description:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Airtel’s products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mobile, broadband, and digital solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective pitching and closing.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new plans and offers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information with a customer-first approach.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of customer requests.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (freshers welcome).
• 0-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
