Job Description:
• Reach out to prospective students and parents through calls and counseling sessions.
• Understand students’ learning needs and recommend suitable Byju’s educational products.
• Guide students and parents through the enrollment process and provide complete program details.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s growth.
• Stay updated on Byju’s courses, product features, and market trends.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service (EdTech experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to understand students’ requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Target-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
