Job Description:
• Operate machinery and equipment efficiently to support production processes.
• Assemble, package, and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear as required.
• Assist with inventory management and report any shortages or defects.
• Support quality checks and report any production issues to supervisors.

Requirements:
• Minimum 10th or 12th pass qualification.
• Prior experience in factory or manufacturing work is a plus but not mandatory.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy equipment or materials.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in shifts and flexible hours.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and production standards.
