Job Description:
• Operate cranes and heavy machinery to lift, move, position, and place materials safely.
• Inspect crane equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functioning.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines while operating machinery.
• Collaborate with ground staff and signalers to ensure proper load handling and placement.
• Assess load weights and determine the safest way to lift and transport them.
• Maintain detailed logs of operations, including completed tasks and any technical issues.
• Report any mechanical problems or safety concerns to the maintenance team promptly.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid crane operator certification/license.
• 2-4 years of experience operating cranes and heavy machinery.
• Strong knowledge of crane operations, load limits, and safety procedures.
• Physical fitness and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
