Job Description:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Justdial’s business listing and digital marketing services.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate service packages.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Justdial’s product offerings and pricing models.
• Handle customer queries and provide detailed information on service benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested clients and ensure timely onboarding.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (freshers welcome).
• 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple leads efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
