Job Description:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with banking products and services.
• Resolve customer queries related to account management, transactions, loans, and credit cards.
• Provide accurate information on banking policies, offers, and digital banking solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.
• Cross-sell and upsell banking products based on customer needs and eligibility.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments and follow up until resolution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services (freshers welcome).
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with banking processes and digital channels is a plus.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
