Job Description:
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities are carried out as per project plans and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to maintain workflow and resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to timelines.
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure proper usage and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed site reports, including work schedules, material usage, and manpower deployment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and government regulations on-site.
• Conduct regular site meetings to address challenges and track milestones.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or construction management. (Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project blueprints.
• Familiarity with construction management software and MS Office.
