• Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment at all times.
• Load and unload construction materials and keep the site clean and organized.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Report any on-site issues or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.

Requirements:
• No formal education required; basic literacy is an advantage.
• Prior experience in construction work is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Understanding of basic safety protocols and willingness to learn.
