Job Description:
• Monitor and maintain the organization’s computer networks and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network issues, diagnose hardware and software problems, and resolve connectivity issues.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support system upgrades and new installations.
• Ensure network security by implementing and monitoring best practices.
• Document network configurations, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
• Provide technical support to end-users and respond to service requests promptly.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related Network support or IT infrastructure management. (Freshers with relevant certifications can apply.)
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security principles.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network devices.
• Relevant certifications like CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
