Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end medical billing processes for US-based healthcare providers.
• Review and process patient insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure timely submission of claims and follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility details.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and coordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals.
• Maintain detailed records of billing activities and update the system regularly.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Life Sciences or Commerce preferred).
• 0-2 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare processes (freshers welcome).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of medical billing software and US healthcare terminology is a plus.
• Ability to work in night shifts and handle high-volume data entry.
