4.Payments & Transactions
Employers may be required to pay fees for job postings or other premium features. Subscription plans, if applicable, will be billed as per the chosen plan details. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and Gettin reserves the right to approve or deny them.
5.Content Guidelines & Restrictions
Users must not upload content that is offensive, discriminatory, or misleading. Employers and job seekers must respect copyright and intellectual property laws. Gettin reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.
6.Privacy & Data Usage
Gettin collects and stores user data as per our Privacy Policy. Personal and employer information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7.Diclaimers & Limitations of Liability
Gettin does not guarantee job placement for job seekers. Employers and recruiters are responsible for their hiring decisions. Gettin is not liable for any disputes between users.
8.Termination & Suspension
Gettin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
Users found engaging in fraudulent activities will be permanently banned.
9.Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
